2.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. We ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

2.4 Change of Delivery Address

We can change the delivery address before dispatch.

2.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We use postal services only for P.O. box addresses. Courier services are not available to these locations.

2.6 Items Out of Stock

If any item is out of stock, it will be refunded and the rest of the order dispatched.

If your delivery exceeds the estimated time, contact us for assistance.

3. Tracking Notifications

Customers receive a tracking link via email upon dispatch.

4. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it and contact our customer service. If already delivered, contact us for the next steps.

7.1 Damaged in Transit

Refunds or replacements are processed after courier investigation.

7.2 Lost in Transit

Refunds or replacements are processed once a parcel is declared lost by the courier.
